Victoria Hotel Refurbishment
This project included the restoration of a 100+ year old building, which has major heritage significance, in the community of Roebourne. The project was jointly funded by the client, State and Federal Governments.

Initial stakeholder consultation to establish the need and articulate the aims of the project
Business Case Preparation
Completion and submission of funding applications to industry and government bodies
Scope development and definition
Preparation of architectural design brief
Procurement of architectural consultant and all sub consultants required to complete detailed design documentation
Quality Assurance of design outcomes to ensure project scope is achieved
Engagement with Local and State Legislative Authorities to provide the Youth Involvement Council with ongoing tenure of the site
Procurement of statutory approvals
Preparation and distribution of tender documentation including detailed
assessment of all submissions
Preparation and execution of contract documents with preferred contractor identified during tender analysis process
Superintendent Role under the Contract
Coordination and completion of Quality Assurance inspections of onsite construction works to ensure compliance with project scope and specification
