Brookdale Contractors Access
CLIENT: The Buckley Family Trust
The Buckley Family Trust acquired a large parcel of Rural land in the Town of Port Hedland. Despite informal access existing to the nearby Great Northern Highway, the crossover and driveway were across Crown Land.
RFF was appointed to assist in overall approvals for logistics operations from the site which including formalising legal rights of access using the existing driveway and crossover from the Highway.
RFF secure support from the Town of Port Hedland (including Development Approvals) as well as the Traditional Owners, enabling a Crown Licence to be issued over the access way initially and then the amalgamation of around 11ha of Unallocated Crown Land into the existing Freehold Land Parcel, legalising the road access.
