BYASS ST OFFicE REFURBISHMENT

RFF was engaged by Karlka to oversee the refurbishment of their office facility in South Hedland. This required a renovation of 400 square metres of commercial office space to provide Karlka with the space, separation and circulation required for their organisation to run efficiently and in comfort. RFF was responsible for project scoping, consultant procurement, design and approvals management, tender and contractor procurement, contract administration and Superintended construction works including managing defect rectification. 

RFF Managed the Program and Budget for these works which were completed in September 2019 on time and within the original budget allocation of $1,3000,000.00.

RFF has subsequently been retained by Karlka to oversee a second stage of works to the property which involves redevelopment of a second commercial tenancy in the property to be either let to market or utilized by Karlka as a conference facility , installation of new fencing to the property frontage, resurfacing of a carpark and new site landscaping.

This second stage of works has a budget of $630,000.00 and is scheduled for completion August 2020.
