IBN CORPORATION REFURBISHMENT

Project Value: 12 Million

This project involved the management of a major refurbishment of the IBN Corporations Office Building in South Hedland. The project involved internal redesign of the building layout, detailed FFE installation and external façade improvements.

Our Involvement

 

Office Refurbishment

• Preparation and execution of contract documents with preferred contractor identified during tender analysis process;

• Superintendent role for the contract between the Youth Involvement Council and the contractor;

• Coordination and completion of Quality Assurance inspections of onsite construction works to ensure compliance with project scope and specification;

• Program Management;

• Budget Management

• Defects and Rectification.

 
 

Housing Project

  • Scope development and definition

  • Preparation of architectural design brief

  • Procurement of architectural consultant and all sub-consultants required to complete detailed design documentation

  • Quality Assurance of design outcomes to ensure project scope is achieved

  • Engagement with Local and State Legislative Authorities to provide the Youth Involvement Council with ongoing tenure of the site

  • Procurement of statutory approvals

  • Preparation and distribution of tender documentation including detailed assessment of all submissions
