The Stables Port Hedland Master Planning

 
 

CLIENT: Landcorp

LandCorp secured funding to progression approvals and master planning, to make a portion of land referred to as ‘The Stables Precinct’ development-ready in Port Hedland.

RFF was appointed, through a competitive tender, to coordinate the master-planning and scheme amendment process. The site included numerous approvals and development issues including aboriginal heritage, storm surge and coastal inundation and pre-existing community uses within the development area.

RFF coordinated the team to develop a master planning and site development outcome, which carefully balanced site constraints, alongside development yield, securing support from affected community groups and the Town of Port Hedland.
