Cockatoo Is Pty Ltd acquired the Crown Lease to Alan Bonds former Cockatoo Island Resort in the Buccaneer Archipelago. With plans to recommence operations as a resort, securing legal access to the Island’s airstrip was critical to success.

We were engaged to secure a Scheme Amendment to rezone a 15-ha site nearby the Roebourne Light Industrial Area from ‘Rural’ to ‘Industry’
Indian Ocean Suites – Port Hedland
RFF secured a revised development approval, lifting the yield of the development by 13-additional units, from 59 to 72 apartments.
Stayover Kingfisher Village Expansion - Karratha
Stayover by Ausco operates the Kingfisher Workforce Accommodation Village in the City of Karratha. RFF initially secured, and has since maintained development approval from the Gascoyne/Kimberley/Pilbara JDAP for expansion of the facility by a further 440 rooms.
Victoria Hotel Refurbishment
The project includes the restoration of 100+ year old building in the community of Roebourne which has major heritage significance.
Gap Ridge Warehouse Project
ATS secured a contract to design and construct a new major storage warehouse for Chevron in the Gap Ridge Industrial Estate.
Old Broome Lock-Up Activation
The Old Broome Lock-Up was a disused building in Broome’s Historical Chinatown Precinct. The building is listed on the State’s Heritage Register and considered to hold significant heritage value.
The Stables Port Hedland Master Planning
LandCorp secured funding to progression approvals and master planning, to make a portion of land referred to as ‘The Stables Precinct’ development-ready in Port Hedland.

Brookdale Contractors Access
RFF was appointed to assist in overall approvals for logistics operations, which included formalising legal rights of access, using the existing driveway and crossover from the Highway.
Athol Street Master Planning
RFF won a competitive tender to coordinate the masterplanning and scheme amendment process to make a portion of land in Port Hedland development ready, for LandCorp.
